'Shallowpaw's eyes fluttered open as she spotted a beautiful tree, it's twisted branches climbing high into the sky, until silvery stary cats began to fall down. They were beautiful, and yet, she was ugly. Glancing very softly, three of the cats leapted, teeth bared and claws out. It took her a moment to notice, they were coming at her!'
Shallowpaw awoke with a shiver of pain. Her last moments of her dream hung to the edges of her visions. Remembering where she was she took a golp of fear. She had fallen asleep beside the Twisited Maple, which, she would get in trouble, later with. Sighing she took a few steps forward, shook her pelt and began to stalk a mouse, closer to the SplashClan border. She wasn't going to cross it, but some how she did.
The few seconds she did, she heard paw-steps and froze, head and body lowered in sureader. Her nose wrinkled up to tast the air. Her eyes closed as sleep tried to take her again. Looking tried and sad, Shallowpaw sighed and meowed. "Hello.?" Her eyes glittering swiftly, her nose yet again wrinkled as the new scent hit her. She had crossed the Splashclan border and there were Cats new by. "Fox-Drung!" She spat angerly.

Tigerleaf looked up fromthe tall grass he had hid in after the mouse he was stalking dissapeared in a flash of claws and teeth. Spottedclaw stood upright, the stance of a lion.
"Who are you?" She demanded, almost softly as she noticed it was a smaller cat. Tigerleaf turned his head around to a place where saw the mouse get killed. Tigerleaf bunched his muscles after the cat had exclaimed in a smaller, sushed vioce,
"Fox Dung!"
"Show yourself immediatly!" Tigerleaf growled back, "Prey-stealer!" He wasn't usually that harsh but he was hungery and the food he had been stalking had been taken from right under his nose. Tigerleaf, a heart-beat later, started to sniff the ground to try to find him, patiance wasn't really on his side.

Shallowpaw, got to her paws, and poked her head out of the long grass, the mouse she had caught was the tom's, but than softly she dropped it. "I'm sorry." Her eyes looked all black and swollen, as if she had been cring. Lying on her belly quietly again, she looked at the softer tone she-cat and the harsher tom's tone. "I'm no threat." She added, a tad darker than her first voice.

(sorry, short of time) Spottedclaw gave a short, hostile glare to Tigerleaf and then padded forward, eyes soft, "Are you ok little one?" She padded forward, head low to her level ,almost liek stalkign and Tigerleaf flicked his ears up in suprise from the easy victor and paded slowly behind Spottedclaw, concern and still suprise on his face. |

"I'm Fine!" She spat. Her eyes were naturally swollen and black, it was part of her ugliness. She stopped thought and put on a very sad smile and meowed. "I don't need any one to care about me." Very softly she turned her head away from the two cat's, one in a hunter's crouch, the other, just following the other. "Oh if your about to ask what my name is..." She stopped, and fear rose in her throat, though none appeared in her voice. "It's Shallowpaw."
